Train? Afternoon or morning?
There are many people who train in the afternoon and others when they can do in the morning. Each option has its advantages and disadvantages.
When exercising in the afternoon we could increase metabolism. The metabolic activity is more intense in the morning as the body comes from a long rest period such as sleep and as it passes the day is slowing down. Afternoon training increases the body's energy demand and therefore metabolism. However, training too late can negatively impact sleep quality. To avoid this, there are studies suggesting a break post-workout for 3-4 hours before bedtime.
Train in the morning does not have this problem and moreover we ensured a fairly high amount of energy during training because the metabolism is accelerated. The disadvantage of training in the morning is that the increased metabolism is lower than in the afternoon sessions (afternoon).
